Reservation & No-Refund Policy
All reservations with Utah Auto Gallery are final and non-refundable. Once confirmed, the vehicle is removed from availability and reserved exclusively for you.
- Cancellations, no-shows, early returns, travel changes, weather, emergencies, or unused rental time are not eligible for refunds.
- All renters must provide valid insurance documentation showing they are a covered driver and that their policy extends to the rented vehicle.
- UAG may require a declaration page or additional documentation to verify coverage, limits, deductibles, and eligibility.
- If a renter refuses to provide required insurance documentation, they will be considered an unqualified renter, the reservation will be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.
- If the renter knowingly books without qualifying insurance, cannot provide proof they are a covered driver, or refuses to provide the required documentation, the reservation is forfeited without refund.
- Certain vehicles may require higher coverage limits. If the renter’s policy does not meet the requirements and they refuse or are unable to obtain sufficient coverage, the reservation may be forfeited without refund.
- If the renter fully cooperates but their insurance simply does not meet UAG’s requirements, any refund, credit, or vehicle substitution will be at UAG’s discretion.
- If UAG cannot provide the reserved vehicle due to circumstances within our control, we may provide a comparable vehicle, credit, or refund.
By booking, you acknowledge that payment alone does not guarantee vehicle release and agree to satisfy all identification, qualification, and insurance requirements.
